August - October

Program promotion and awareness campaign.

November 19, 2010 

Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours. Companies will then receive and invoice within 15 days. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

December 1, 2010

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact at each company to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is December 3rd (online option only).

Deadline to submit customization requests.

Deadline to submit requests for alternate language surveys.

December 3, 2010

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online option only).

December 3, 2010

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

December 10, 2010

If applicable, paper version of the employee survey and postage-paid return envelopes are sent to the primary contact at participating companies for distribution (paper option only).

December 17, 2010

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

January 3, 2011

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email (online option only).

January 12, 2011

Deadline for all paper versions of the employee survey (paper option only).

January 14, 2011

Deadline for all paper versions of the employee survey (paper option only).

February 10, 2011

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.

February 2011

The BCG Employee Feedback Reports are sent to participating companies.

April 2011

Publication and event date for “Best Places to Work in New Jersey.”
